Fast track or Pride in workmanship: a thing of the past?
Depends on who is paying, what they are paying / wanting as end product, and the time frame...
Quality
Cheap
Fast
Pick two.... and forget the third.
It seems to be a Catch-22, where haste makes waste, and hesitation is devastation. Finding the balance between the two is the key to a good project, pre-planning, critical path thinking.... _________________ "If the city is one of humankinds greatest achievements, it's uncontrolled evolution also can lead to desecration of both nature and the human spirit" -M.G.
